- Ease of Integration (20%) — How long before your team is productive with it? Bad APIs and missing docs cost real time.
- Accuracy & Reliability (20%) — False positive rates, hallucination frequency, and whether it falls apart on edge cases.
- Value for Money (15%) — What it actually costs at scale, not just the number on the pricing page.
- Vendor Trust (15%) — How they handle your data, how transparent they are about their models, and whether they've earned your trust.
Scores get updated when tools ship real changes. We re-check quarterly. Nobody pays for reviews or placement.
